Susan Hedt is Co-Founder and Director of TPD Claim Support Pty Ltd, working with clients nationwide to provide specialist claims advocacy. Alongside partner Trevor Battersby, she established the service to ensure Australians facing serious illness, injury or loss receive not only technical support but genuine care.

Susan assists with Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), Trauma, Life, Terminal Illness and Income Protection claims. She is known for her ability to simplify complex processes and guide clients step by step, always with compassion and clarity. Like Trevor, she believes in a fair and transparent model: fees are charged on an hourly basis and only payable on a successful outcome, ensuring the service is accessible and aligned with clients’ needs.
