Mia Inglis (née Johnson) is a trusted adviser based in Windsor Downs, NSW, working alongside her family in the award‑winning, boutique practice Keyman Financial Services.
With a double degree in Communications and International Studies from UTS and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from Kaplan—including a year studying in Austin—Mia blends strong communication skills with technical expertise to help clients understand what protections they truly need.
Mia leads Keyman Claims, their low-cost, fixed-fee claims advocacy service. She’s experienced in turning complex trauma, TPD or income protection claims into real support, often coordinating medical reviews and insurer communications so clients feel genuinely seen and heard.
She loves walking families through the insurance journey—especially parents, couples and sole traders—helping them understand coverage such as Life, Trauma, TPD, and Income Protection in easy terms. Her aim: to make claims conversations simple and to provide ongoing care beyond the paperwork.
Outside the office, Mia dedicates her time to serving at her local church and giving back—reflecting Keyman’s commitment to Christian values through initiatives like Keyman Cares, which supports charitable missions globally.
